Abstract

This study depicts that leader s Humility and Strategic Information System Planning Success are closely rela ted as Resource Based Theory asserts that a project is successful when it has a competitive advantage over others . Level 5 Leadership maintain s that competitive advantage is attained through Humility and Professional Will. Thus a leader having high humili ty should get more strategic success. The relation ship is empirically tested through a sample of managers in project based IT organizations . Results show that Leader�s Humility is directly and positively increasing Strategic Information System Planning Suc cess.
