We develop a theoretical model of an electric precipitator with rotating collecting electrodes. Collecting electrodes in the form of a rotating belt can help eliminate negative effects on the work of the precipitator, such as electric resistivity and the re-entrainment. We calculate the optimal speed of the rotating belt.
