We study mechanism design problem for capacity transfer among M/M/1 queueing systems with private information. We propose an iterative mechanism, which is shown to simultaneously satisfy strategy-proofness, budget balance, individual rationality, and convergence. Finally, we conduct numerical studies to evaluate the performance of the proposed mechanism.
