A new algorithm to convert decimal number into tbns

Abstract
Computational complexities arise to convert any decimal number to DBNS are the most important issues to design an algorithm further for the same. Here we have introduced a new algorithm that converts any decimal number to TBNS in a simpler way. Advantages of TBNS over DBNS have been discussed. Although the material presented in this article is mainly theoretical, the proposed algorithm could lead to very efficient implementation for digital signal processing application.
